This 14-Day African Safari is a carefully crafted journey through South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana, combining iconic wildlife safaris with rich cultural and heritage experiences.
From historic cities and local communities to world-famous national parks and pristine wilderness, this multi-country tour offers an immersive and well-balanced Southern Africa adventure.

The tour is designed for travelers seeking authentic experiences, a journey that blends safari, nature, culture, and history across four countries. It begins at JHB, tour of Soweto, the historical township, symbol of S. Africa’s struggle against apartheid, Flight to Walvis Bay, Namibia, celebrated for its dramatic landscape. You will fly to Victoria Falls, one of the largest and most spectacular waterfalls. The journey continues to Botswana, home to pristine wilderness. NB: Regional flights are included.

Day 1-2: Seven Villa hotel and Spa
  • You’ll be collected from the airport.
  • Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.

  • Pick up and transfer to Seven Villa Hotel and Spa for dinner and breakfast.
  • Day at leisure.

Day 02- 08:30 am Pick up: Many South Africans gave much, some gave all, to achieve a truly democratic South Africa through the pain and struggle of those heroes; experience the diverse museums where these momentous, tumultuous years have been so well documented.

Our next stop is the Hector Pieterson Museum, before travelling past Mandela House, where you have the option of visiting this small museum (own account).
We’ve chosen to have lunch in Soweto at a local restaurant (own account)

We then continue our journey, driving past the affluent suburb of Diepkloof, which is in stark contrast to the lower-income areas seen earlier in the day, en route to the iconic Apartheid Museum. It is a fascinating tour, filled with tales of bravery and sadness, but ultimately, it’s a story with the right ending.

Day 3: The delight Swakopmund
  • Early Breakfast
  • Road transfer to Or Tambo Airport for flight to Walvis Bay Airport, located 40km from Swakopmund
  • Airlink flight departs at 10:20 am, arrives at 12:55
  • Guests to check in for lunch on their guests’ account
  • 3:00 pm pick up for a tour of Swakopmund, the coastal town with a historic influence of German colonial history, ocean views, desert landscapes, the lighthouse, old German architecture, and an optional adventure activity such as quad biking, sandboarding, or a scenic flight
  • Return to the hotel
  • Dinner and overnight.

The Swakopmund town’s history starts with the landing of the Portuguese sailor Bartholomew Diaz on Namibian soil at Cape Cross in the year 1487, where he erected a stone cross. Much later, in 1793, two Dutch sailors were anchoring shortly at the mouth of the Swakop River. In 1862, the crew of a German gunboat hoisted the German flag at the mouth of the Swakop River to signal the territory’s occupancy.

Day 4: Swakopmund

  • 10:30 am pick-up, transfer to Walvis Bay, waterfront for a combined day trip

Our half-day afternoon Sandwich Harbour 4×4 Excursion starts every day at 12h30 until 16h30
On the way to the Sandwich Harbour Area, we stop at the Lagoon to enjoy the flamingos before we head towards the Kuiseb River Delta via the Walvis Bay Saltpans. Depending on the tides and the swell, we will try to reach the Sandwich Harbour Lagoon along the beach. Alternatively, we will take an exciting dune ride to our lookout dune to get an aerial view of the Sandwich Harbour Lagoon.

We stop along the way to enjoy our world-famous oysters, sparkling wine, snacks, coffee, and tea. Depending on the weather conditions, we do this on top of a high dune overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, on the beach, or amongst the dunes.
The highlight is the 65m-high roaring Dune, giving you exceptional viewpoints

Day 5: Swakopmund

The Skeleton Coast Cape Cross Seal Colony Half Day Tour commences at 08H30 and ends roughly at about 13H00

This tour takes you north of Swakopmund up the Northern Coast, known as the Skeleton Coast of Namibia, to the Cape Cross Seal Colony, where you will find and see thousands of Cape Fur Seals.
This tour also takes you to where Diego Cao, a Portuguese explorer, planted a stone cross. One of the most notable explorers of the fifteenth century. Born in 1452 and died in 1486 at the Cape Cross Seal Reserve.

Along the way, we stop at the Zeila Shipwreck, Lichen Plains, and small salt mines, and also pass through small Namibian settlements along the coast. The 50,000-strong Cape Fur Seals await you.

We get close; you will hear them, smell them, and you will almost be able to touch them.
A small lunch with local beverages is then served along a remote desert site (on own account).

Day 6: Windhoek
  • Early breakfast
  • Today you will be picked up for 4-hours road transfer to Windhoek, passing the small villages en route.
  • Arrive in Windhoek mid-afternoon, a short driving tour of Windhoek city, and drop off at the hotel.
  • Lunch and dinner c/o guests.

Windhoek’s history spans indigenous settlements, Orlam/Boer influence, German colonization, South African administration, and finally, Namibian independence, marked by its founding around hot springs, conflicts between tribes, German construction of the Alte Feste fort in 1890, rapid German development, South African occupation in WWI, apartheid-era segregation, and its designation as Namibia’s capital in 1990, leading to accelerated growth and cultural blending.

Days 7–8: Victoria Falls
  • After breakfast, rad tansfer to the airport for flight to Victoria Falls departing at 10:15 am – arrive 12:10 pm
  • Pick up at the airport and transfer to Insika Lodge. This is a small, personalized lodge, offering large rooms
  • 2 pm pickup for a guided tour of Victoria Falls; the tour takes 2.5 hours
  • After the tour, drop off at the lodge for dinner and overnight

Victoria Falls, known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya (“The Smoke That Thunders”), has a deep history, with evidence of human habitation for millions of years, long before discovery by Scottish explorer David Livingstone in 1855.
Its geology dates back 180 million years to basaltic lava flows, with the falls forming as the Zambezi River cuts through these ancient layers. The area became a significant tourism hub after the Victoria Falls Bridge opened in 1905, connecting Zambia and Zimbabwe. Days 9-10: Chobe river front
  • After breakfast
  • 10:00 am: road transfer from Victoria Falls to the Chobe riverfront, located 80km away

  • Two nights at Chobe with dinner and breakfast, morning and afternoon game activity, 4×4 game drive, or sunset boat on the Chobe River.

The Chobe River front, situated in the extreme northeast of the park, has as its main geographical features lush floodplains and dense woodland of Afzelia quanzensis, Baikiaea plurijuga, and other hardwoods now largely reduced by heavy elephant pressure. The Chobe River, which flows along the northeastern border of the park, is a major watering spot, especially in the dry season from May to October, for large breeding herds of African bush elephants, families of Angolan giraffe, sable antelope, and African buffalo. Various species of storks, ducks, and other waterfowl flock to the area.

Days 11-13: Moremi game reserve

  • Mid-morning, charter flight transfer to Moremi Game Reserve to your campsite; the transfer shall take 1 hour

Moremi Game Reserve is situated in the east of the Okavango Delta and ranks as one of the most largest reserves. It covers more than 4871 square kilometers of pristine wilderness, and this varied terrain includes savannah, winding waterways, and dense forest. The diverse ecosystem supports an incredibly wide spectrum of wildlife, ranging from large herds of buffalo, wildebeest, and zebra to the rare sitatunga and lechwe antelope, lions, cheetahs, and packs of wild dogs in the open grasslands. The birdlife is prolific and includes most of the 550 bird species recorded on Botswana’s national bird list.
